The Blends Spice Gift Set

The Blends Spice Gift Set is a special tribute to that spice fanatic who really appreciates  the varying flavors and aromas of international cuisine. We've included six of our most unique and flavorful spice blends that will bring authenticity to taste and simplicity to preparation. 

The spices are packaged in beautiful recycled glass cork jars and housed in our signature wooden slide box, which is made in Maine. Each jar contains approximately 1 oz. of spices.

Here are the blends:

• Berbere - A popular Ethiopian blend, this is perfect as a rub for chicken, beef, & seafood.  INGREDIENTS : paprika, garlic, red pepper, ginger, onion, coriander, cardamom, nutmeg, fenugreek, allspice, cinnamon, cloves, sea salt
  
  
• Za’atar - A versatile Middle Eastern blend that would be great on flatbread, hummus, or on fish & meats. INGREDIENTS: toasted sesame seeds, organic thyme, sumac berries, pink Himalayan salt

• Trapper Spice Blend - A mix of sweet and savory for a well-rounded salty maple flavor. Pairs well with chicken and salmon. Add maple syrup as part of the glaze for extra flavor.  INGREDIENTS: maple sugar, sea salt, onion granules, garlic granules, dried red bell peppers, coriander, black pepper, canola oil

• Organic Chili Lime Seasoning - A combination of citrus and heat, this blend goes well rubbed on chicken, seafood, and Latin dishes. INGREDIENTS: pasilla chili, Himalayan sea salt, cane sugar, chipotle chili pepper, coriander seed, garlic, paprika,  onion,  cumin seed, black pepper,  cayenne pepper, allspice, lime oil
  
  
• Fleur De Sel with Peppercorns - A wonderful blend of delicate, moist salt and citrusy Madagascar Peppercorns. A unique take on traditional salt and pepper blends. INGREDIENTS: Fleur de Sel, cracked Madagascar peppercorn
  
  
• Ras El Hanout - An earthy Moroccan blend that works well as a rub for meats or mixed into rice. INGREDIENTS: coriander, allspice, fennel, black pepper, cumin, cinnamon, anise, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg, turmeric
