• You may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
• Products must be unused and in original condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the return is due to a Sullivan Street Tea & Spice Company error (mispack, damage, or other issues within our control).
• Special orders and custom tea or spice blends are non-refundable.
