Terms of service

We ship all of our packages via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail. Your package will ship within 48 hours of your order. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package ships. All damaged goods must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery for product replacement. Please call 212.387.8702 weekdays between 10:00am - 5:00pm (eastern standard time) to report any damaged goods. Please have your USPS tracking number or order number. We are not responsible for damaged goods from third party shippers or damage due to customer mishandling.
