These hardworking New Jersey honeybees make the long trip down to sunny Central Florida each April to pollinate the early spring orange blossoms. The result is an amazing sweet, candy-like honey with slight floral and citrus notes.

Our raw honey is not processed, which gives it a thicker texture and preserves the incredible taste and healthful properties, such as trace pollen grains, unique antioxidants, and phytonutrients (chemical compounds produced by plants).
