This is a flavorful & spicy rub for all types of meats & fish. Mix dry rub onto the meat of your choice and let marinate for at least an hour (even longer) to allow the full-flavor of the spices to saturate the meat. Use one heaping teaspoon per serving (use more for a spicier kick).

For a spicier flavor, apply spice rubs to meat a full day in advance, cover, and refrigerate.
