Our raw blueberry honey is a top-seller in the shop, and for good reason. It is simply the best tasting, purist honey we have ever tried. This particular honey is collected from "forager" bees in Southern New Jersey, which collect nectar from the blueberry flowering bush.

Our raw honey is not processed, which gives it a thicker texture and preserves the incredible taste and healthful properties, such as trace pollen grains, unique antioxidants, and phytonutrients (chemical compounds produced by plants).

The flavor profile is creamy-rich sweetness, followed by a subtle berry finish.
